How do I know whether I am verified?
You can go back to Authento and sign in. If you are verified, you will see the message - “Passport Issued.”
Can I transfer my Authento Passport to others?
Authento Passport is linked to your identity. You cannot transfer Authento Passport to others without giving up control of your identity to that person.
How do switch addresses when linking?
If you want to link to a different address, just open up your Web3 wallet and choose the address you want to connect to, and then the selected address will then appear in the pop-up window. If you have any additional questions, please contact Authento CS.
What happens if I lose access to my wallet? Can Authento Passport be reissued to a new wallet address?
Authento Passport can be reissued to new wallet addresses as needed. To manage this, simply log in at Authento.
Can I switch my KYC to someone else's wallet address?
Can’t. The wallet linked to Authento always requires wallet address sign-in. Therefore only the owner of the wallet address can have the link to the verification.
